I want to give a shout out to the Tom Masano Commercial Group. They have a very good understanding of the needs and wants of their Customers. They have very good product knowledge along with a good understanding of what to Inventory, and have very good relationships with Truck and Van Upfitters to fit their customers with the best work solutions. My experience with Dealerships is to properly sell Commercial Vehicles, you have to be comitted and all in. Tom Masano has that comitment in both Commercial Sales and Service.
What a smooth wonderful process! Maura was such a pleasure to work with, we went in knowing what we were looking for, and She communicated promptly and answered all our questions. I got a car a little over 2 weeks ago still very happy about it. Working with Maura was the best experience I probably ever had buying a car with a salesperson. I live 2 hours away so she worked with me , was honest & understanding and even came in on her day off to finalize everything. This review is for the parts department! I wish I knew the ladies name but I called trying to source a black ford front emblem for my 19 f250, ford didn't offer black emblems until 2020 and I was having a very hard time sourcing one.
She was patient and even helped me compare part numbers before ordering a kit for a 2020 because we learned the front stayed the same but the rear got smaller.

The people at Tom Masano Ford are the best. We aren’t from the area (2 hours east), were towed off the turnpike and to their dealership bc of a check engine light on a Lincoln we did not purchase here.
Along with our 6yr old, they took such good care of us. Rushed our car in immediately to do diagnostic (3:45 arrival, they closed at 5). Tech stayed late to check car out and then accommodated us for the weekend while they held the car.

This was an amazing car buying experience. I’m not local so Gabriel went out of his way for me. We texted when I couldn’t talk, but he was available when I called. Purchased my brand new Ford ranger FX4 2 weeks ago. Had a Great experience with Rich the salesman, and also the finance manager I forget his name even though there was some hiccups along the way mistakes made on their end. I got a solid deal on the truck I wanted. They gave me a fair deal on my trade-in could I've gotten more selling it privately probably yes but didn't want to deal with it. It's one of the very few dealers I dealt with that weren't pushy in any manner.
