The people at Tom Masano Ford are the best. We aren’t from the area (2 hours east), were towed off the turnpike and to their dealership bc of a check engine light on a Lincoln we did not purchase here.
Along with our 6yr old, they took such good care of us. Rushed our car in immediately to do diagnostic (3:45 arrival, they closed at 5). Tech stayed late to check car out and then accommodated us for the weekend while they held the car.

Purchased my brand new Ford ranger FX4 2 weeks ago. Had a Great experience with Rich the salesman, and also the finance manager I forget his name even though there was some hiccups along the way mistakes made on their end. I got a solid deal on the truck I wanted. They gave me a fair deal on my trade-in could I've gotten more selling it privately probably yes but didn't want to deal with it. It's one of the very few dealers I dealt with that weren't pushy in any manner.
